We offer a full refund on every Premium subscription charge within 14 days of payment, on the first purchase and on every renewal. You do not need to give a reason. You do not need to fill out a form. Email us and we refund you.
The policy below explains exactly how it works, what it covers, and the few edge cases where it doesn't apply.
Whether it's your first purchase or your tenth annual renewal, you have 14 days from the date of the charge to request a full refund. We honour the policy uniformly. We don't argue.
Write to support@arawapdf.com from the email address on your Arawa PDF account. Including the address is what lets us verify the request — without it, we'll have to email back to confirm and the refund takes longer.
We don't ask for a reason. Once we've matched the request to your account, we process the refund through Stripe within one business day.
Stripe pushes the refund to your card or bank. The exact arrival depends on your bank — typically 5 business days for cards, up to 10 for SEPA / international payment methods.
The 14-day window is the headline rule. A few edge cases sit outside it:
Where the law of your country of residence grants stronger statutory refund or cooling-off rights than this policy — for example, certain consumer protections in the EU, the UK, California, or under Pakistan's province-level consumer-protection acts — those rights take precedence over the rules above. You don't lose anything you're legally entitled to by accepting this policy.
