How to alternate and mix two PDFs

What does Alternate & Mix do?
It takes two PDFs and weaves their pages together: page 1 of document A, page 1 of document B, page 2 of A, page 2 of B, and so on. If one document has more pages, the extra pages are appended at the end in order.
How do I fix a double-sided document scanned on a one-sided scanner?
Scan all the fronts into one PDF and all the backs into another, then choose the “Second document reversed” order. Backs usually come out last-page-first when you flip the stack, and that option reverses them automatically before interleaving.
Do my files get uploaded?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser — the PDFs are read and combined locally on your device and never touch our servers.
Can the two PDFs have a different number of pages?
Yes. Pages are alternated for as long as both documents have pages left; whatever remains in the longer document is simply appended at the end.
